Conclusion

Flickr is only out to rip us off. If you downgrade your account, you should delete all the higher-rated images you've already paid to upload.

Incidentally, you will not receive any information about needing to clean up your Pro account when it expires.

Instead, you will simply be banned at some point without further warning.

You receive no information about which images are meant, and in the end you are told that you are expected to delete the images yourself that you do not know are affected.

If you can't understand any of this and you ask questions, don't expect anyone to answer them. Just delete it!

This is not what customer service should look like.
